Edging Pro is downloadable software. We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Check compatibility before buying

Edging Pro requires a supported desktop version of SketchUp. It cannot run in SketchUp for iPad or Web. Our verified version and operating-system list will be published before sales open.

Changing your mind

If you purchase as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement by email.

Where your cancellation right remains available, email support@edgingpro.com with a clear request to cancel.

Problems with the software

If the software is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable statutory requirements, email support@edgingpro.com. Include your order reference, SketchUp version, operating system and a description of the problem.

Where required by law, we will provide a repair or replacement without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If this is impossible or is not achieved on that basis, you may be entitled to a price reduction, up to a full refund.

Refunds due will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing your entitlement, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no refund fee.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
